The Process Communication Model®

The Process Communication Model is a scientifically-validated toolset developed by Taibi Kahler, Ph.D, in partnership with NASA to help individuals better manage themselves and others, translating potential in to performance. PCM is accredited by the Australian Colleges of Surgeons and Anaesthetists, Paediatricians, and General Practitioners amongst other organisations. 

PCM is a skill based methodology enabling us to:

_ better connect and communicate by winning motivation and co-operation quickly

_ prevent, manage and resolve conflict
